The National Hispanic Institue at San Antonio (NHISA) Leadership and College Bound Experiences for High school Students is a stellar innovative and creative program for all high school students starting as freshmen. NHI has been working with young people for over 45 years and in San Antonio we have been an alliance for almost 30 years and have worked with over 7000 high school and college students on positive, asset-based leadership gudiance. Students participate in different tournaments depending on their grade level to develop innovative, visionary and creative leadership models and networks with a community commitment and academic excellence for a competitive global world.
