I understand that the sole ownership of the device identified above is being transferred from St. Anthony Catholic High School to me, effective as of the transfer date shown, at no initial equipment cost to me for this transaction.

I understand that the laptop is currently in working condition but is being provided to me “as is” with no explicit or implied warranty.

I understand that St. Anthony Catholic High School is not responsible for, nor will provide, ongoing support for the laptop, and that any repair actions arising from my continued use of the device are my sole responsibility.

I am signing this document electronically. I agree that my electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my manual/handwritten signature on this document. By signing using any device, means, or action, I consent to the legally binding terms and conditions of this document. I further agree that my signature on this document is as valid as if I signed the document in writing. I am also confirming that I am authorized to enter into this Agreement. If I am signing this document on behalf of a minor, I represent and warrant that I am the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
