Dear Yellow Jacket Families:
We are looking forward to cooler weather, which brings with it basketball and soccer season! Check out our Athletics section for upcoming games. Football and volleyball continue with their outstanding season. Our Lady Yellow Jacket volleyball team is in the playoffs! We are very proud of their accomplishments and wish them success. Join us for the upcoming Senior Night football game at UIW Benson stadium. Tailgating information is forthcoming. I hope to see everyone there!
Congratulations to our newest Mu Alpha Theta members who were inducted this past Wednesday. I am very proud of our accomplished students who are now members of this math honor society.
Congratulations also go to Cadet 1SG Jonathan Alcoces and Cadet CPL Mia Hernandez with our JROTC program who earned the October Cadet of the Month recognition!
I look forward to seeing you at our PTC general meeting this Wednesday, Nov. 6, 6 PM in the school cafeteria. We will have school updates and information on our upcoming events as we head towards the holiday season.

VETERAN'S DAY MASS
We will proudly honor our veterans on Monday, November 11, at this special Mass, with a special presentation recognizing the veterans in our school community. To have your veteran recognized, we invite you to submit a photo of the veteran(s) in your family at SACHS to Honor Our Veterans | St. Anthony Catholic High School by Thursday, November 7.
2023-24 YEARBOOKS ARE IN!
We will be sending them home with students who purchased them online. Yearbooks can still be purchased for $65. Cash, check (payable to SACHS) or credit card payments are accepted. Yearbooks from previous school years are also available for purchase. Contact Mrs. Longoria at [email protected] if you have any questions.
LETTERMAN JACKET ORDERS AT LUNCH- WED, NOV. 6
A representative from SSR will be in the cafeteria on Wednesday, Nov. 6, from 11:00 am-12:30 pm taking orders and measurement for Letterman Jackets. All sports, organizations and clubs offered at St. Anthony's will have this opportunity to order a letterman jacket from SSR.
CATHOLIC LIFE INSURANCE FUNDRAISER
Each year, Catholic Life Insurance helps schools raise much-needed funds with 100% of the proceeds going back to the schools. Each student will receive raffle tickets to sell for a chance to win a $20,000 VISA gift card and other prizes. More information will be given at the PTC meeting. |

THE BUZZ AROUND ATHLETICS
We are proud to announce our Lady Jackets Volleyball Team is in the playoffs! They won their 1st round playoff game against Houston Second Baptist and have advanced to the 2nd Round where they will be playing this week against Legacy Preparatory Christian Academy-The Woodlands. Time and location is to be announced.
