From the Principal's Desk
Dear Yellow Jacket Families:
This past weekend was a busy one for our students! Our men's and women's basketball teams were busy in tournament play while about 50 students gave of their time and talent at the annual Chrysalis Ministries giving event held in the Hive. The cold and damp day did not deter our volunteers from making the children smile as characters from the nativity, Nacho Claus, and even the Grinch! I am very proud of our young men and women who gave their time for a worthy cause.

RELIGIOUS OBSERVANCES THIS WEEK
Families are welcome to join us for two special observances this week honoring our Blessed Mother. The first is a Mass tomorrow, Monday, for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception at 2 PM. The second is a performance by our theatre troupe for the Day of Our Lady of Guadalupe on Thursday, December 12 in the chapel.
RECONCILIATION
Reconciliation during the season of Advent is available for faculty, students, and interested families on Wednesday, December 11, from 9 AM - 11 AM in the chapel.
EXTENDED LUNCH OF FUN THIS FRIDAY!
We are celebrating the end of the 1st semester ahead of finals week with a special extended lunch of fun for our students. Fun activities are scheduled during this time.
DRESS CODE REMINDERS
Let's have a strong finish to the fall semester. Let's continue to adhere to the school's dress code policy for uniform dress and grooming. Non- uniform jackets may be worn when arriving at school, but only school sweaters or spirit (SACHS or UIW) hoodies may be worn while in the school building.
