From the Principal's Desk
Dear Yellow Jacket Families:
We topped off last week with two exciting events- Senior Sunrise and a first game win by our Yellow Jacket football team! Our newest Seniors gathered at our historic Lang Field for prayer, songs, and fellowship followed by a wonderful breakfast by our Senior parent volunteers. What a great way to kick off Senior year! We also had an exciting first game win at the UIW Benson stadium. There was a lot of excitement in the stands, with school spirit running high among our cheer and dance teams, and our re-formed SWARM, a student-led spirit committee!
On Wednesday, we have our first general PTC meeting with a Wine and Cheese hosted by our PTC. Come and get to know other families, learn about what we are doing on campus, and participate in a chance to win one of several great door prizes! On Friday, we welcome you and our grandparents to a special Mass followed by breakfast. We are expecting a great turnout so be sure to arrive early for the 8 AM Mass.

Important Forms and Acknowledgments- DEADLINE- 9/6
All required forms for the new school year were due on Friday, August 16th. Please complete the forms as soon as possible. Students MUST have a signed parent/student handbook acknowledgement form and media release form on file by Friday, September 6, in order to attend school. The medical forms are also necessary so we may provide care to your student in the event of an emergency or illness. We will begin contacting families with missing forms this week. Complete and sign the required forms here.
GRANDPARENTS DAY PARKING
We are expecting a large number of family members joining us for Mass and breakfast this Friday. Overflow parking is being planned with Our Lady of Grace church to accommodate our visitors. Details to come!
